When you live here in Canada, even though it can be very hot in the daytime, it cools down quite a lot in the evening. One thing we enjoy doing is waiting for dark, and then building a nice big fire in our backyard outdoor fireplace, and just sitting and watching the flames. Such a relaxing times! The kids always enjoyed it a lot as well, and loved to invite their friends over to enjoy the evening.
