Close Cats
This is the closest Ice has let Stanley get to him. Stanley was sleeping on hubby's lap, and Ice jumped up to join them. I guess his need for getting warm (it's a cold, wet day today) out did his need for staying away from the kitty. On the other hand, Ice let Miles crawl right into one of the cat beds with him, which was quite surprising! Today we had a real heavy downpour with thunder. A couple of the thunder booms were so LOUD that they hurt your ears!!! Stanley and Smudge both came running to find me and jumped up to sit with me! Scaredy cats!
Needless to say, it was too dark to paint this morning. With no "daylight" to speak of, there was not enough light to paint. As I type this, I'm trying to convince myself to go finish the last 2 walls! I did however order some drapes today, so hopefully they'll be alright.

I hate to paint. I have zero patience and HATE cutting in. No matter how well I tape off, it bleeds up into the cieling!
