For Gawd's sake! As if going to the zoo tomorrow in the HEAT isn't bad enough, this morning I walked into the school, and immediately asked, "Is it me??? Or is it hot in here?" (a question I find myself asking quite frequently lately) Some wires got crossed and the FURNACE RAN FOR 2 DAYS!!! Our room was over 90 degrees for most of the day. It was B R U T A L!
In happier news, I'm getting to pick all the paint colors for our preschool special needs room and I'm even going to paint it. I'm doing the cupboards all in primary colors, the walls in a slightly off white color, and then I'm going to do a large mural on the wall with a woodsie, pond type scene, with chubby fairies (I'm all about the chub-club these days), bugs, butterflies, frogs, bunnies, flowers, etc. Very whimsical and "cartoonish" rather than real-life. I will probably put together the mural, with input from the 2 teachers of course, and then put it on the wall by using a transparency, and then paint it in. Once I've painted it in, I've talked Mrs. M into doing the "detail" painting. She's super talented, and I knew she'd think it was fun. I guess the biggest deciding factor in all this, is the time factor. Of course, I will be annoying you all with countless pictures when the time comes. hehehe

That is so cool about you picking the paint! You have excellent taste, and I know the Pre-school will be gorgeous! :)
