The Latest Tasks
Here is the railing that I did this week. We love the change! It's taken 15 years off the look of the house, by getting rid of that dated old woodwork! If you look WAY up in the loft, you can see the wall that I filled with the new bookshelves. They freed up so much extra space! I emptied the whole entertainment unit of all my books and rearranged all the DVD's in there instead, so all the books are in ONE spot, and all the DVD's are in ONE spot.
I also took on yet another job today, and painted the front entrance way. I used the same green as the kitchen, but did a a stried faux finish. It looks really nice, but you can't tell in the picture that it's even painted. 
On the monitor of my computer, it looks painted, but on this laptop it doesn't. It's amazing that I actually did get it finished, as I had no sooner taped, and tarped, and started, when I dumped a small tray of green paint/glaze on my living room carpet!!! I knocked it off the half wall, and SCHLOPP it fell. I was sick!!! 
I couldn't believe how stupid! That was about 5 minutes after I nearly fell off the ladder when I was standing on the top rung. I sprayed, scrubbed and steam cleaned the spot a zillion times, but you can still see it slightly. Actually not a whole lot worse than some of the stains the cats make PUKING on my carpet!
Someone PUHLEASE take away my brushes before I kill myself!!!
If all that wasn't bad enough, I cleaned my entire house after I finished painting! Grrrr I'm obsessed I'm telling you!

And I have a red drip on my bedroom carpet. It's pinky size, but pissed me off!
