Geeze Louise!!! I will be so glad when hubby goes back to work in (let me see...in 5 more days!!! )
He's been very helpful, doing things that I don't care to do like installing light fixtures, taking loads of junk to the dump, but he's driving me CRAZY! I don't like a shadow while I work. Leave me the hell alone!!! If I make a move, "What are you doing now? Do you need some help? What can I do?" I know all of you women that have lazy ass husbands who do nothing but sit around on their asses all day are not feeling overly sympathetic to this whine, and I do realize I'm lucky in that way, but I pretty much work in silence, and he natters, and cusses, and yabbers the whole entire time he works! (just like Doreen when I said she was like a chipmunk on crack when we painted together). I like to turn up the music, and just give 'er. He's the Howard Cosell of Home Improvement, and I HATE it! My tongue has scars on it from biting it so much!
Today he said that me starting my home improvement frenzy and getting back on my diet was "intentional". WTF?? I guess that means that it's ruining his holiday. Boo Hoo! I'm on holidays too buddy boy, and this is what I do during my summer holiday. It's not like I'm sitting around eating bon-bons while he takes care of a big ass list I've made for him! And as for the "intentional" dieting I guess he feels guilty drinking beer and eating chips when I don't have my beak buried in the Hagen Daas! To that I say..........too bad, so sad! He's sabotaged my efforts long enough for this time.
Okay... glad I got that off my chest! Candi......help!!!

I can totally relate, Bev! When we moved to GA about 10 years ago...I was shadowed. I just finally told him that he was bugging me and he told me that's his job! *ROFL* Great...another teen! We solved it by writing on the white board (on the fridge) what chores needed to be done by him. Once he was done with that, then he could do whatever he wanted, but not to bug me when I'm working. It's been working out pretty good for the past 10 years or so. :)
