Well I spent 2 hours yesterday morning being assessed, and then having my first treatment at physio therapy today. Most of the damage is in my neck and elbow. My shoulder problems are mostly the arthritis. I have tennis elbow, so today she put electrodes on my neck and elbow, and then wrapped me up in hot towels. She left the controls with me, telling me to up the current amount when I got used to the level I was presently using. I overdid the arm current one time and my arm shot up in the air, and my hand immediately went into "THE CLAW". Did that ever feel weird!!! LMAO
She gave me exercises to do until my next appointment on Monday monring.
